Mr Harpreet Singh has misrepresented the views that our PAP Ministers have made regarding minority race Prime Ministers.

Mr Harpreet Singh claimed the PAP had gone against principles of meritocracy and equality by not putting up Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam as Prime Minister. This is untrue.

Many of the claims by WP have been raised by PAP MPs in past years. The difference is turning ideas into action.

PAP MPs have long raised and debated the issues that WP now claims credit for.
